We couldn’t get involved in record store days without building a track without digging in the crates! In this masterclass, you will learn how to build a track using classic beat building techniques all from vinyl recordings – no samples libraries or presets
13.00 Prepared Vinyl – Sampling Masterclass
Influenced by the experimental works of artist Christian Marclay, Ben Hauke will be demonstrating the strange, quirky and inventive techniques for preparing and manipulating vinyl records in a way you may have never seen or heard before.
14.00 Re-work the Edit – Masterclass
From the 70s styles of Tom Moulton to 00s styles of Soulstream and The Revenge in this Masterclass, you will be shown learn how to create and develop your own style of re-edit and re-work
