After a successful inaugural collaboration last year, CDR is returning to Dimensions and Outlook festivals in Pula, Croatia. In partnership with the festivals, the long-running London night will bring back the Knowledge Arena daytime tent – an open-air space dedicated to learning about music production and performance.

The Knowledge Arena is designed to be the perfect opportunity to develop musical ideas, hear from artists and be inspired by the beautiful Croatian surroundings. A studio environment just a stone’s throw away from the beach. Festival-goers will once again be able to explore the latest production technology and take advantage of the newest software to try their hand at creating music of their own, under the special guidance of some professional producers and DJs.

For last year’s programme a number of artists were invited to hold masterclasses and beachside chats, including the likes of Roman Flügel, Omar, Seven Davis Jr, Funkineven and Alexander Nut. This year the team will be joined by another strong line up of special guests (watch this space for the announcement of line-up – it’s by far one of the biggest set of names we’ve ever helped assemble) for more inspiring music workshops under the sun.

CDR has a rich history of inspirational and collaborative projects, and after the success of last year we are very excited to work with Dimensions and Outlook again.

The 2015 Knowledge Arena is supported by Native Instruments, Ableton, Subpac and Urban Ears.
